- Too many communication channels can cause customer service to suffer with operators getting distracted and providing wrong or inadequate advice. With an email query, we can spend time researching the question to bring you a professional response.
- You want the best equipment at the lowest possible prices - This is only possible with everyone working as a team and keeping our costs down. So instead of someone sitting by the phone waiting for a call, that person is now working hard processing your order or dealing with a customer request or call back.
- We can respond to your email outside normal working hours. You may receive a reply to questions sent on a weekend or public holiday. We don’t just ignore you because it’s not a working day !
- If your question cannot be answered in full by email, we can then arrange a call back.
