Delivery & Returns
Delivery charges are calculated in the shopping cart before proceeding with payment. The website uses the weight, dimensions and shipping destination to calculate the charge.
Once the delivery destination is specified, the total cost of shipping is shown prior to confirming your Order.
We ship to most countries. Please contact us by email if your chosen destination is not specified.
We aim to deliver all items in stock within 1-5 days.
Many items advertised are held on stock in the UK but some item do need importing as required. Imported goods can take 14 – 21 days before delivered. We may be able to offer a quicker UPS import service for urgent orders. Additional charges will apply. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified by email and be given the choice as to continue, upgrade to a faster import service or cancel the order.
Any item specifically imported on request of a customer, cannot be cancelled since these products are manufactured on request only.
We may send your order in multiple packages and sometimes by separate couriers. We will endeavour to advise you of this by email prior to dispatch.
All deliveries must be signed for. If we attempt delivery and nobody is available to sign for the package, you will be left a card by the courier and your parcel will be held for 3 working days before being returned to us.
You may collect your package directly from the couriers premises or arrange to have the parcel delivered on another day.
If your parcel is not collected or delivered after two attempts, and no contact is made by you to the courier, your parcel will be returned.
At this point extra shipping will be required to send your parcel again
The risk in the Product shall pass to you on delivery. All packages must be inspected on delivery or collection and any items damaged notified on the delivery notes.
All goods are inspected before shipping therefore it is unlikely that parts will be missing
FAULTY OR MISSING GOODS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS IF THIS PROCEDURE IS NOT FOLLOWED.

Prior to goods being returned, whether for repairs, replacement or refund – a ‘Returns Authorisation number’ must be issued. Items sent without a valid returns authorisation number, cannot be accepted and the item will be returned to the sender. This is to ensure that goods can be tracked accurately without loss or unnecessary delay.
Your carriage charges are not refundable and you should choose a suitably packed, insured and traceable carriage method.
We will provide you with the returns address together with the returns authorisation number.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of authorisation.
Damaged Products On Delivery
If an item is damaged upon arrival,( NOTIFICATION REQUIRED AND DELIVERY NOTE SIGNED AS DAMAGED ) collection will be arranged and a subsequent replacement will be provided once the damaged item has been returned.
This site is a business to business website therefore refunds would not normally be given except for domestic customers.
If it was decided that a refund was appropriate, a 20% re-stocking fee would be charged and deducted from the refund value. All shipping fee’s would not be eligible for refund.
Imported or Special Order Items:
Special order items specifically imported on behalf of a customer cannot be cancelled for refund or exchange once the order has been processed into production.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for goods requiring repair under the manufacturers warranty. Exported items require all shipping charges to be paid by the customer ( Forward & Return )
